How do I swap and wash the cover?
Unzip the cover from underneath, slide out the insert, and machine wash the cover cold on a gentle cycle. Refit it once it is completely dry.
- Remove: Open the underside zipper and gently remove the connected foam and bolster insert.
- Wash: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle; tumble dry low. Chlorine or oxygen bleach (like OxiClean) is safe.
- Refit: Once completely dry, fit the cover around the insert and close the zipper.
Wash the cover only. Never put the foam in the washer or dryer. Spot-clean it by blotting with mild soap and water, then let it air-dry completely.

What is included?
One charcoal woven backup cover in your selected size. The bed and foam and bolster insert are not included.
Which size should I choose?
Match the size on your EachPaw bed or original order: Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large. This is a fitted cover, not a universal mattress cover. If you are unsure of your bed’s size or model, ask us before ordering.
Does it have the same white top as the bed?
No. This backup cover is charcoal woven fabric throughout, with no faux-fur top. The bed is supplied with its gray cover and white sleeping surface.
Is the cover waterproof?
No. The cover is not waterproof.
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
Retail orders of $75 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. We ship to the contiguous United States. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery in 5–7 business days total. Shipping for other retail orders is shown at checkout; wholesale shipping is quoted separately. Can I return it?
Unused accessories may be returned within 90 days under our return policy. Customers pay return shipping, with no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except for defects or our error. The bed’s comfort trial terms do not apply to accessories. Read the return policy before sending an item back.
