RETURN POLICY
You must return the products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you exercise your cancellation right. Please email support@eachpaw.com to complete the return form.
When we have received the returned products, we will reimburse you without undue delay, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. It is a prerequisite the products are unused, in the original packaging with all original features, including e.g. hang tags, labels etc. When we reimburse you, we will reduce the reimbursement amount with an amount equal to the direct costs of returning the products and any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We do not receive packages where distribution costs are not paid by you or which are not distributed.
The cancellation right does not apply to products bought at a reduced price.
